Job Description Experienced Lead Java Developer with 8 12+ years of enterprise-level software development experience. Strong background in designing scalable, high-performance applications using modern Java frameworks, cloud technologies, and microservices architecture. Proven ability to lead development teams, enforce coding standards, and deliver high-quality software in Agile environments.

Job Responsibilities
Lead a team of developers through all phases of SDLC and Agile ceremonies
Architect, design, and implement scalable microservices and enterprise APIs
Review code, enforce best practices, and optimize application performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, Product
Troubleshoot complex production issues and ensure application stability
Guide junior developers and provide technical mentorship
Certification Required
Java SE/EE Certification (Preferred, not mandatory)
AWS/Azure Developer or Architect Certification (Good to have)
Kubernetes / Docker certification (Nice to have)
Client/Project-specific compliance needs
Background check & employment verification
