Pay Range:$31.85-$45.50/Hrs
Description
Oversee operations, marketing, and maintenance of a facility in a regional location.
Lead collaboration with stakeholders across various business lines to execute showroom programs.
Identify and manage vendor relationships to support program delivery.
Develop and manage hospitality, meeting, and training programs.
Prepare pre-sale and post-sale communications to drive attendance and follow-up opportunities.
Coordinate strategic events to enhance showroom visibility.
Provide monthly reporting to the executive team.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain the facility through regular product upgrades and solution installations.
Create and manage event schedules, ensuring proper coverage and attendance.
Plan and host events, including program development and catering coordination.
Ensure facility readiness for meetings, including cleaning and technology setup.
Host visitors, providing tours and answering inquiries.
Perform light technical maintenance and manage outsourced services.
Handle expense billing for services.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or Event/Hospitality Management.
Highly organized with multitasking abilities and project management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work collaboratively.
Experience thriving in fast-paced environments.
