THE JOB
We are looking for an experienced IT Help Desk Level 2 self-starter that has a passion for delivering a great customer experience.Mandatory Skills and Experience
- 3+ Years experience on Level 1 and Level 2 Service Desk tickets
- 3+ Years experience in User Account Management
- 2-3 Years experience with M365
- Have experience in imaging pc s, desktops, macs, and laptops
- Some experience on minor Laptop repairs is a plus
- Including replacing broken screens, keyboards
- Experience with Service Now (or other similar tool) a big-plus
- Having experience with Group Policy is a plus
- Passionate about delivering a great custom support experience
- Able to successfully Mult-task and Prioritize work
- Be able to work occasional night hours and infrequent weekend hours

Compensation: Based on Experience. One of the best in the industry
Minimum Education: Equivalent Experience or High School Diploma
Minimum Experience: 3+ Years experience on Level 1 and Level 2 Service Desk tickets
