THE JOB
We are looking for an experienced IT Help Desk Level 2 self-starter that has a passion for delivering a great customer experience.
Mandatory Skills and Experience
  • 3+ Years experience on Level 1 and Level 2 Service Desk tickets
  • 3+ Years experience in User Account Management
  • 2-3 Years experience with M365
  • Have experience in imaging pc s, desktops, macs, and laptops
  • Some experience on minor Laptop repairs is a plus
    • Including replacing broken screens, keyboards
  • Experience with Service Now (or other similar tool) a big-plus
  • Having experience with Group Policy is a plus
  • Passionate about delivering a great custom support experience
  • Able to successfully Mult-task and Prioritize work
  • Be able to work occasional night hours and infrequent weekend hours

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Compensation: Based on Experience. One of the best in the industry
Minimum Education: Equivalent Experience or High School Diploma
