Lead Installer - TEKsystems' Client | Nashville, TN
TEKsystems' client is seeking experienced Lead Installers to support major upcoming projects across the Nashville market. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in delivering high-quality low-voltage installations.

TEKsystems' client is seeking experienced Lead Installers to support major upcoming projects across the Nashville market. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in delivering high-quality low-voltage installations.
As a Lead Installer, you'll be responsible for:
- Interpreting blueprints and laying out structured cabling systems.
- Installing cable pathways and pulling Cat6, voice, data, and CCTV cabling in large commercial buildings.
- Leading a team of helpers, solving on-site challenges, and ensuring project timelines are met.
- Installing and terminating low-voltage hardware (no programming required).

- Must-Have Technical Skills:
- Cat6, Voice/Data Cabling, CCTV, Punchdown, Cable Installation & Termination, Low Voltage, Access Control.
- Professional Traits:
- Dependable and committed to a full 40-hour work week.

- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
