We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst with strong experience in Jira administration to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Operations) to gather and define business requirements for new products, features, and process enhancements.
- Use Jira to build out these new products, features, and process enhancements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure requirements are aligned with project timelines, dependencies, and release goals.
- Lead regular analysis of project performance data to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Configure and optimize Jira boards, projects, workflows, automation, etc. to streamline project visibility and communication.
- Facilitate clear and transparent communication of project status, blockers, and updates to stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Program Coordinator, or similar role within a technical or software development environment.
- Proficient in Jira administration, custom workflows, permissions, and reporting (including JQL).
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies; Scrum Master certification is a strong plus.
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and supporting successful project delivery in a cross-functional environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience managing or supporting large-scale software releases or platform migrations.
- Familiarity with Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
- Background in project management or product operations is a plus.
