Job Details

Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Iselin, New Jersey (Onsite Role)

Duration: Full time

 

Note: The role requires availability on weekends also to support events and campaign activities as needed.

 

 

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement the brand strategy to strengthen market positioning and capture a significant share of the ethnic viewing audience.
  • Monitor C-Track advertising across the USA, Canada, and other markets as instructed.
  • Work with research data to measure marketing and channel performance, adjusting strategies in line with business objectives.
  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns using paid search, SEO, PPC, and innovative media ideas to raise brand awareness.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute 360 marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.
  • Design, execute, and oversee the marketing and communication strategy across campaigns, events, digital marketing, PR, and social media.
  • Manage and develop the company social media presence, collaborating with the India team on content strategy.
  • Support social media revenue generation via paid partnerships, collaborations, and YouTube monetization initiatives.
  • Upload and manage 200+ videos and reels per month across platforms, tracking performance monthly to assess content effectiveness and experimenting with new content regularly.
  • Ideate, conceptualize, and deliver client-driven campaigns, coordinating with creative agencies and internal teams for smooth execution.
  • Track and analyze post-campaign and social media performance data, fine-tuning strategies based on insights for continuous improvement.
  • Build and manage relationships with key media, securing media coverage both online and offline.
  • Plan regional media activities (print, OOH, digital), brief media buying agencies, and manage daily marketing budgets for agencies and regions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, revenue teams, and the India team for marketing project needs, ensuring timely support for advertising and business goals.
  • Handle vendor registration, purchase orders, marketing accruals, payments, and related documentation with the finance team.
  • Evaluate and select community event proposals, representing the brand and clients at local outreach events to boost engagement.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, media developments, and consumer insights within the TV/broadcast sector.
  • Support the Territory Head on special projects and marketing initiatives, ensuring involvement at every stage of the planning and execution process.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven 5+ years experience in a marketing management role, preferably within the Media and entertainment sector with documented success.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including social media and email marketing.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience with budgeting and financial analysis related to marketing initiatives.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently as a force-of-one in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
