Job Description: Job Title: Infrastructure Engineer FedRAMP Identity and Access Management Administrator (Remote)

Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Identity and Access Management (IAM) Administrator to join our Infrastructure Engineering team. The successful candidate will manage our FedRAMP identity platforms with a strong focus on identity platform administration, ensuring secure and efficient access management. Additionally, the candidate will possess a project management mindset to oversee IAM initiatives and a strong understanding of security principles.

Key Responsibilities:


Administer and optimize identity and access management solutions, with a primary focus on IAM platforms in our FedRAMP environment.
Configure and manage user identities, roles, and access permissions across various IAM platforms with Role-based Access Control (RBAC) principles.
Develop and implement IAM policies and procedures to enhance security and maintain compliance.
Design and develop automation processes handling identities across a variety of applications and tools.
Lead IAM projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to implement identity solutions and integrations.
Monitor and analyze IAM systems for potential security risks and perform regular audits.
Provide guidance and support to end-users on IAM tools and best practices.
Collaborate with security teams to ensure alignment with security framework and strategies.
Stay current with advancements in IAM technologies and security trends.

Qualifications:


Qualified to work in FedRAMP environment, such as or , and work on the US soil.
Knowledge and experience of security frameworks and compliance standards of FedRAMP.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3 years of hands-on experience as an IAM Administrator or in a similar role, with extensive experience in Okta, Active Directory, AWS IAM and other IAM platform administration.
In-depth knowledge of technology like SAML, OAuth2.0, OpenID Connect, MFA, FIDO2, risk-based authentication, and session management.
Experience with scripting and automation tools to enhance IAM processes using REST API, Webhook, JSON Web Token.
Strong understanding of IAM concepts, security protocols, and industry standards.
Project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives from inception to completion.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Have:
Experience with other identity platforms (e.g., Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint) is a plus.
Okta Certified Administrator or similar certification.
Knowledge of additional security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., PCI, SOC2, SOX).
