Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst (Contract)
Location: Remote, USA
Duration: Long Term
About the Role:
We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst (BA) with strong domain knowledge in Salesforce Sales Cloud and the Lead-to-Opportunity lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be SFDC Admin Certified and bring deep expertise in user acceptance testing (UAT), business process mapping, and stakeholder engagement. Prior experience working with Clari is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, define, and document Salesforce requirements related to Lead-to-Opportunity workflows.
- Drive and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case development, execution, and stakeholder coordination.
- Act as the liaison between business and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
- Support ongoing Salesforce administration tasks and user support, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Analyze and optimize business processes using Salesforce and Clari insights.
- Ensure all configurations align with Salesforce platform capabilities and organizational goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- SFDC Admin Certification is required
- Strong experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including planning, test case creation, and issue resolution
- Solid understanding of the Lead to Opportunity process and best practices in Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Experience with Clari (forecasting, pipeline management, or related features)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote and fast-paced environment
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ or other Salesforce modules is a plus
- Familiarity with sales operations, forecasting, and revenue intelligence tools
