JOB DESCRIPTION

Design, Developed, Tested, and deployed into Development, Test, Training/UAT and production environments. Proactively deliver successful solution, working with Technical and Non-Technical stake holders and providing high level of communication. Support the implementation. Manage the client projects and delivery them on time as per the Service level agreements. Manage the assigned product development initiatives and deliver them on time and within the allocated budget with high quality. Support end to end IT Delivery and Operations.

RESPONSBILITIES

• Assist in strategic services/product planning for the developing and commercializing our innovative products and services.
• Assist in creating Corporate Strategy consisting of vision, mission, values, goals, corporate positioning, business model and financial plan, product portfolio and its evolution, resource competency evolution, technology trends, innovation strategy, market trends, competitive trategy, policies, and governance.
• Performs SWOT*/PORTFOLIO analysis to review strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats from our competitors.
• Performs Market Analysis which includes quantitative and qualitative reporting on segments, customer values and market trends.
• Perform complex analysis to identify business requirements, priorities, and recommendations. Compile and provide business analysis results for strategy planning and decision making.
• Conduct competitive marketing research and customer need analysis to identify new business opportunities and expansions.
• Serve as a business partner with a focus on high touch and high level of service.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with all levels of leadership, and partner with business leaders in meeting their strategic goals from a technology perspective.
• Work with partner IT Application and Infrastructure Project Teams to support projects and initiatives.
• Information Security implementation strategy to reduce cyber security threats and reduce company's risk profile.
• Partner with staff and IT partners to determine requirements for new or modified software and hardware.
• Improve and redefine the delivery model & service strategy about how to deliver the offering, standards vs customization, packaging included services.
• Collaborate with Executive Leadership team to implement and utilize cloud solutions (Office 365, Microsoft Azure, AWS, ADP, CEIPAL, POWER BI, SharePoint, and other applications as and when needed).

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION

Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in the field of Computer Science or Information Systems or a related field.
