Job Title: Integration Architect (Workato Experience Required)
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Architect with recent hands-on experience in Workato architecture to lead the design, implementation, and governance of scalable integration solutions across our enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving digital transformation and automation initiatives by designing end-to-end integrations across SaaS, on-premise, and cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement scalable and secure integration solutions using Workato and other iPaaS tools.
- Lead the end-to-end integration lifecycle from requirements gathering and solution design to development oversight and production deployment.
- Design enterprise-grade integration architecture patterns (event-driven, API-led, ETL/ELT, etc.) that meet business and technical requirements.
- Define integration governance, standards, and reusable frameworks using Workato connectors, recipes, and custom components.
- Collaborate with application owners, business analysts, and developers to understand integration needs across ERP, CRM, HCM, and other business systems.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to integration developers and support teams.
- Monitor integration solutions for performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Evaluate and recommend enhancements to Workato setup including workspace design, environment management, and connector optimization.
- Work with security and compliance teams to ensure all integrations adhere to organizational policies and industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOX).
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Integration Architecture roles, with 2+ years of hands-on experience in Workato architecture and development.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying Workato solutions at scale, including custom connectors, recipes, and API integrations.
- Deep understanding of iPaaS patterns, APIs (REST/SOAP), webhooks, and data transformation (JSON, XML, CSV).
- Strong experience integrating with platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, Zendesk, etc.
- Familiarity with enterprise integration frameworks and tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, SnapLogic, Informatica) is a plus.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform) and modern development practices (CI/CD, Git, and DevOps).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Workato certification(s) such as Workato Automation Pro II/III.
- Experience implementing automation and workflow orchestration strategies.
- Exposure to data privacy and security best practices in integration.
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
