Job Details
Job Title: Lead ServiceNow Integration Developer
100% remote
Need only candidates that can obtain a US Security Clearance (do not need a current clearance, just need to be clearable).
Must-Have Skills:
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience, with a focus on integrations.
- Deep expertise in ServiceNow IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and Scripted REST APIs.
- Strong understanding of Dell TechDirect APIs and integration patterns (or similar OEM support platforms).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, XML, and web services (REST/SOAP).
- Experience with MID Server configuration and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with ITSM modules (Incident, Request, Change, CMDB).
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with OAuth 2.0, JWT, and other authentication mechanisms.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow App Engine and custom application development.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in ServiceNow.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) ITSM or IntegrationHub.
- Exposure to enterprise architecture and data governance principles.
- Experience working with the Government / DoD or in the Energy sector.
Preferred Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
