About the Role

We are seeking a strategic, execution-driven Senior Program Manager within the Global Partners & Ecosystems team. This individual will lead high-impact, cross-functional programs with executive visibility ensuring alignment between business strategy and operational execution across a global, matrixed organization.

Reporting directly to the Senior Director, the Senior Program Manager will drive strategic initiatives, craft executive-level deliverables, and foster collaboration across key internal stakeholders. This is a high-visibility role that combines strategic foresight, operational rigor, and hands-on program leadership to drive scalable growth, process optimization, and organizational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Program Management

  • Lead large-scale, cross-functional programs from initiation to execution, ensuring delivery against business objectives and timelines.
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans with measurable milestones.
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure accountability to drive successful outcomes.
  • Coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups to align goals, resources, and execution.

Executive Enablement & Communication

  • Partner with the Senior Director to develop executive-ready materials including presentations, reports, and one-pagers for leadership reviews and strategic alignment.
  • Facilitate workshops and executive discussions with cross-functional stakeholders in Sales, Legal, Finance, and Partner Operations.
  • Provide concise and data-driven program updates to leadership, highlighting key wins, risks, and next steps.

Partner Lifecycle Enablement

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable tools and resources (e.g., SharePoint sites, playbooks, templates) to support the partner lifecycle.
  • Standardize and document workflows to drive alignment, consistency, and enablement across partner types and regions.

Contract Lifecycle & Governance

  • Serve as the primary program lead for contract management processes.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Operations, and Partner teams to enhance visibility, governance, and compliance across contract workflows.
  • Coordinate with administrative teams to ensure efficient process execution and documentation.

Systems & Tools Oversight

  • Leverage and optimize key platforms such as SharePoint, Salesforce, and monday.com to enhance tracking, visibility, and reporting.
  • Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate program success and guide improvements.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in strategic program management, business operations, or transformation, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional programs involving executive stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in SharePoint, Salesforce, and monday.com.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information into actionable insights.
  • Deep understanding of stakeholder engagement, change management, and operational planning principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to build from the ground up, implement scalable processes, and drive user adoption.

Bonus Points

  • Experience within or supporting Partner, Channel, or Ecosystem teams.
  • Familiarity with executive-level reporting and communication best practices.
  • Strong organizational awareness and ability to influence without authority in a global matrixed environment.
