Job Description:
We are seeking for a talented Loan IQ Techno Functional Analyst to join our team in New Jersey. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise in Loan IQ along with functional knowledge of lending operations. As a Loan IQ Techno Functional Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, configuring the Loan IQ system, and providing ongoing support to ensure the smooth operation of our lending processes. This is a hybrid position, offering a mix of remote and onsite work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to lending operations.
- Design and implement solutions using Loan IQ to meet business needs.
- Configure Loan IQ system parameters, workflows, and interfaces.
- Perform data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy and completeness of loan data.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Loan IQ system issues.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Loan IQ with other systems and applications.
- Develop and maintain documentation including functional specifications, user guides, and training materials.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in lending technology.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
- 5-6 years of experience as a Loan IQ Techno Functional Analyst or similar role.
- Strong understanding of lending processes and products.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing Loan IQ system.
- Experience with SQL for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal
