Job Description:

  • The Sandbox Training Support Specialist will be responsible for preparing sandbox environments, test case data, and SharePoint-based training documentation aligned with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and F&O systems.
  • The role supports simulation scripting, knowledge repository management, and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness of training and testing assets.

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Experience working in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and/or Finance & Operations (F&O) environments, particularly in sandbox or test data configuration roles.
  • Experience managing user roles, creating records, and validating workflows in CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in using SharePoint Online team sites for publishing and organizing digital content.
  • Strong knowledge of generating system data for training simulations and test scenarios.
  • Experience documenting technical content, system tasks, or end-user guides
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to align sandbox data to training or testing objectives.

Experience:

  • Hands-on experience in test data entry, role simulation, and system validation in Microsoft Dynamics CE and/or F&O.
  • Experience translating technical documentation, business processes, and workflows into structured, training-aligned content.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint Online site creation, page structuring, and web part configuration.
  • Strong analytical skills for preparing assignment data and testing logic.
  • Knowledge of content tagging, metadata structuring, and user navigation best practices.
  • Familiarity with AODA and plain language standards for digital documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare sandbox data and environment setup for training and testing purposes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and F&O.
  • Create role-based test case data, simulation scripts, and training scenarios
  • Build and maintain structured SharePoint knowledge base with metadata, subpages, and web parts.
  • Develop technical documentation, task steps, and knowledge articles from workflows or system test cases.
  • Apply plain language and inclusive content principles to all documentation and SharePoint pages.
  • Coordinate with training designers, developers, and project teams to ensure sandbox and digital asset readiness.

Should have:

  • Ability to interpret business processes and DevOps test cases to create structured, task-based documentation.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to respond to feedback and adapt sandbox content based on evolving training needs.
