Description
We are looking for a skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Las Vegas, Nevada. In this role, you will provide technical support for end users and manage Salesforce administration to ensure both IT systems and the Salesforce platform operate efficiently. This position is crucial for maintaining system performance, resolving issues, and enabling business growth through effective technology solutions.
Responsibilities:
Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues to internal users.
Administer and manage Salesforce, including user access, customizations, workflows, and reports.
Perform routine system updates, configurations, and security audits for IT and Salesforce environments.
Maintain data accuracy within Salesforce through regular audits, migrations, and reporting enhancements.
Create and deliver training sessions and user documentation to improve system adoption and efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve system errors, outages, and performance issues to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT and Salesforce improvements.
Monitor and manage IT inventory, including hardware and software deployment.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and best practices in system management.
Requirements
Proven experience in IT help desk support and Salesforce administration (Salesforce certification is a plus).
Proficiency in troubleshooting IT issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce workflows, automation tools, and reporting features.
Familiarity with technologies such as Active Directory, Cisco, Citrix, and Mac/Apple devices.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to train users effectively.
Experience in configuration management and system deployments.
Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure data integrity across platforms.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to drive system improvements.
