Head of Sales Full-Time (US Based)

About Client:
The Client is a leading outsourcing partner for high-growth US companies, providing specialized customer experience (CX) and media operations services. We work closely with DTC brands and media agencies, helping them scale efficiently through dedicated teams and streamlined execution. It is a Capital firm.
Role Overview:
We're looking for a full-time Sales Manager to help accelerate our growth across media agencies and consumer brands. This is a quota-carrying role ideal for someone who is deeply connected in the DTC or media agency world and passionate about helping companies scale through smart, offshore talent strategies.
You ll own the full sales cycle - from outbound and networking to pitching and proposal conversations. You ll work closely with leadership to refine positioning, identify opportunities, and drive consistent pipeline growth.
What You ll Do:
- Identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities across DTC brands and media agencies
- Leverage your network to open doors with CXOs, founders, and senior decision-makers
- Lead discovery, pitch, and proposal conversations with support from Atidiv s solutions team
- Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Meet or exceed revenue targets through a structured, full-time commitment
Who You Are:
- 5 10 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally with exposure to media agencies, DTC brands, or outsourcing
- A consultative, relationship-first approach to sales with a proven track record
- Self-starter with the ability to manage outbound, nurture warm leads, and drive momentum
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong network and relationships in media agency, CPG, or DTC industries
Compensation:
Base salary + performance-based commission
