Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy innovative AI and machine learning solutions using ML, NLP, Generative AI (GenAI), LLMs, RAG, and Azure OpenAI Service to improve healthcare and digital experiences.
- Apply advanced statistical, predictive modeling, and data mining techniques to extract insights and optimize AI-driven healthcare applications.
- Lead the entire AI lifecycle from ideation and rapid prototyping to testing, deployment, and maintenance of scalable, robust AI systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, engineers) to gather requirements, refine technical approaches, and deliver impactful AI solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest AI/ML advancements, evaluate emerging technologies, and propose innovative solutions for complex healthcare challenges.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in development and production environments, ensuring system reliability and performance.
- Demonstrate expertise with Generative AI frameworks, LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA), and RAG pipelines, translating research into production-ready solutions.
- Incorporate ethical AI practices, including bias mitigation, fairness, and transparency considerations during model development.
- Quickly adapt to new tools, frameworks, and methodologies, operating effectively in evolving or ambiguous project scopes.
- Proficient in Python and experienced with ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow for implementing, testing, and optimizing AI models.
