Job Description
"Essential Responsibilities Include:
1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
2. Design end-to-end solutions that integrate Snowflake's data warehousing capabilities with application engineering principles to meet business objectives.
3. Develop architecture blueprints, technical designs, and implementation plans for data and application product lines.
4. Lead the evaluation and selection of technology stacks, tools, and frameworks to support solution development.
5. Define data models, data pipelines, and data integration strategies to ensure efficient data flow and management.
6. Architect scalable and resilient applications leveraging cloud-native technologies and microservices architecture.
7. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams during implementation phases.
8. Conduct code reviews, performance optimizations and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
9. Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to deploy and manage solutions in production environments.
10. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of solution delivery process.
11. Consistently exhibits behavior and communication skills that demonstrate Client s commitment to superior customer service, including quality, care and concern with each and every internal and external customer.
12. Use, protect, and disclose Client s patients protected health information (PHI) only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards and protects Client assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference.
13. Adhere to and responsible to abide by all information security policies, processes, and/or activities. 14. Report security events or potential events or other security risks to the organization to management. 15. Performs additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications :
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. At least 12 years of development experience, with a minimum of 4 years dedicated to architecture.
3. Deep understanding of data engineering concepts, including data lake, data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehousing.
4. Proficiency in designing and implementing scalable and distributed systems using cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform) and Snowflake cloud data platform.
5. Experience with scripting languages like Python, Scala etc
6. Experience with database design and SQL, preferably with knowledge of relational databases like SQL Server, MySQL or PostgreSQL.
7. Strong understanding of software quality assurance principles and security best practices for web application development.
8. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred (Good to have) :
1. Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in web development technologies such as Node.js, React.js
3. Familiarity with healthcare integration standards (HL7, FHIR) and EMR systems "
