Job Description:
We are looking for a Sr. Program Manager with at least 8+ years of experience and experience setting up a G- Global Capability Center.
Top Desired Skills:
- Must be a strong Program Manager who is proactive and a driver
- Must have experience setting up a GCC (Global Capability Center)
- Must have exposure to IT technologies from their background/ wants complimentary IT skillset.
- Must be able to handle risks, escalation, stakeholder management, cross stream collaboration, etc.
- There is a separate team that is handling the actual set up of the GCC so not needing a heavy infrastructure background
- This person will be more focused on org design, supplier transitions, etc. Ex: There is no process of onboarding a vendor, do I go to procurement or finance to do that? This Program Manager will define how to pull things like that together
- Change Management experience is necessary
Job Summary:
The IT Program Manager will be responsible fC India standup/IT transition activities.
In addition to the core capabilities of IT Program Management The focus for this individual will be in IT areas surrounding:
- Supplier Transition Execution
- Onboarding and Training
- Knowledge Transfer, Ways of Working, Playbook Updates
- Leaders & Org Readiness - GCC
- Finance & Value Tracking
- Change Mgmnt & Comms
- SLAs and metrics
- Org change management
GCC and/or IT Transition experience is required. Knowledge of core IT concepts and delivery is required.
Behaviors need to include someone who is a driver, roll up their sleeves and find the way forward, proactive and self motivated, great stakeholder management skills.
Early work is value tracking, change management, communications, stakeholder management and trying to understand where we are in the path to spinning up the GCC.
Needs:
- Someone that is proactive
- Has experience setting up a Global Capability Center - GCC
- Want to make sure that this person has exposure to IT technologies from their background/ wants complimentary IT skillset.
o Assuming that an IT program manager level they know how to handle risks, escalation, stakeholder management, cross stream collaboration
