- 3+ years of experience in a B2B manufacturing/distribution environment as a contract analyst with experience with complex Excel formulas
- 3+ years of experience making accurate and timely updates to customer master record set in Modern ERP systems.
- 3+ years of experience and adjusting client records with understanding of the following terms: Issue Type / Minutes / Bill to Change / Additional Ship to / Bill to Update / Account License Change / Contract Attachment / Account license Update/ Q form / Account Change Name / Terms Change / Account Change Address / Rep Change / Account Change Other / Rep Creation / Account Closure / HIN /Reactivation / NPI
Job Description:
This division provides specialty pharmaceutical distribution services to healthcare providers, including physicians offices, surgery centers, and integrated delivery networks. They supply biologics, infused medications, vaccines, and other specialty drugs while offering end-to-end solutions that ensure timely access, cost efficiency, and compliance for complex therapies.
Duties:

They supply biologics, infused medications, vaccines, and other specialty drugs while offering end-to-end solutions that ensure timely access, cost efficiency, and compliance for complex therapies.
Duties:
- Making accurate and timely updates to customer master.
- Complete month end reports
- Follow policies and procedures and advise of needed updates to reflect business needs.
- Remain in compliance with SOX and Company internal controls.
- Attend ongoing team and individual coaching, training, and guidance to ensure comprehension of material.
- Payroll/Timecard; Enter time in a timely manner to be approved.
- Timely sign on/lunch/sign out
- Special reporting/projects as assigned.
- Adhere to Tracker issue completion times
Skills:
- Strong experience analyzing data and problem-solving skills
- Modern ERP Software (SAP and/or Oracle) experience required
- New Contract / Client onboarding experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Office products; experience with complex Excel formulas
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
- Ability to manage timelines and meet vendor specific deadlines
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment where accuracy is imperative
Education:
- Associates or higher degree preferred
- GED/HS required
