W2 Contract
Salary Range: $56,100 - $68,600 per year
Location: Dublin, CA - Onsite Role
Job Summary:
Provide desktop support and configuration of PCs, Printers, RFs and miscellaneous hardware for support in the DC.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain Inventory of IT Assets.
- Ticket queue management.
- Issue resolution across IT work streams including network infrastructure, workstations, and numerous end user devices.
- Provide Level 2 technical support to end users and DC IT Team.
