Job Title:- Marketing Analytics & Reporting Specialist
Location:- Remote
Duration:- Part Time 20 hours / week (Contract)
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker to track KPIs across marketing campaigns.
- Use SQL and Python to extract, clean, and analyze large data sets from multiple sources (CRM, website, advertising platforms, etc.).
- Perform SEO and site health audits using tools like Screaming Frog and ZipTie, identifying opportunities to improve organic visibility.
- Monitor user behavior through tools like HotJar to derive UX/CRO insights and recommend optimizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify measurement needs and implement tracking solutions.
- Build and maintain LookML models and explore layers for scalable self-service reporting in Looker.
- Deliver regular performance summaries, forecasting models, and ROI analyses to marketing stakeholders.
- Automate recurring reporting processes to streamline delivery and ensure data consistency.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, visual presentations and actionable recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or data reporting roles.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker (LookML experience strongly preferred).
- Strong understanding of web analytics and SEO tools including Screaming Frog, ZipTie, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
- Experience with behavioral analysis tools like HotJar or similar (e.g., Crazy Egg, FullStory).
- Solid understanding of marketing funnels, attribution models, and digital campaign tracking.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with A/B testing frameworks and CRO tools.
- Familiarity with data warehousing platforms (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift).
- Certification in Google Analytics, Looker, or Power BI.
