Job Description

Essential Functions:

  • Manage user access to GMP qualified equipment, including password management
  • Support vendors during the installation and qualification of GMP equipment
  • Install and maintain IT equipment within all MSAT and QC laboratories
  • Act as an interface between scientific SMEs and CSV/corporate IT

Job Scope:
  • Provide IT and technical support for all GMP/21 CFR Part 11 qualified equipment
  • Maintain strict control of user access
  • Provide vendor support during instrument installation and qualification

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, software engineering, or computer science

Experience:
  • Strong technical experience in solution architecture (BPM workflow/AWS/WeChat/SaaS/BI/etc.)
  • IT infrastructure expertise (Windows/Linux Server, network basics)
  • Proficiency with Office 365 and relational databases (MS SQL, MySQL, etc.)
  • Coding experience (.NET/Java/Python/SQL/SSIS/etc.) is a plus
  • Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11 software/equipment
  • Appropriate certification for Windows

Equivalency:

Equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant work experience may be considered.

Proficiencies:

Preferred proficiencies include a BS or equivalent experience in a specified Engineering field, Biology, or Chemistry. A strong understanding of regulatory requirements (FDA, EPA, OSHA) and project management in commissioning, qualification, and validation are essential.

Physical Requirements:

This role requires regular standing, handling, reaching, sitting, talking, hearing, and occasional walking, stooping, kneeling, and crouching. Must occasionally lift/move up to 50 pounds and have specific vision abilities, including close vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
