Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Primary Focus: Release Management/Digital Product Release (70%)
* Coordinate release planning, scheduling, and deployment with cross-functional teams.
* Maintain the release calendar, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
* Guarantee thorough testing, documentation, and approval of release packages.
* Facilitate post-release reviews, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
* Optimize release processes and conduct research on Digital Product Release (DPR) using ServiceNow documentation.
* Align release practices with DPR capabilities and collaborate with vendor partners for phased implementation.
* Participate in daily scrum calls, tracking DPR implementation progress.
* Gather techno-functional requirements from stakeholders and DPR users.
* Evaluate requirements, prioritizing out-of-the-box (OOTB) features and assessing customization needs.
* Develop a comprehensive DPR test plan, covering all phases and functionalities.
* Deliver DPR demos, coaching sessions, and training for stakeholders.
* Collect feedback, integrating it into a continuous improvement program.
Secondary Focus: Change Management (30%)
* Review and assess change requests (RFCs) for completeness and risk.
* Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, ensuring compliance with change management policies.
* Track and report on change metrics and KPIs.
* Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Conduct production readiness assessments for new applications and major changes.
* Validate operational support documentation, monitoring, and rollback plans.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure readiness criteria are met.
Deliverables:
* Weekly status reports and dashboards

* CAB meeting agendas and minutes
* Production readiness assessment templates and completed checklists

* Monthly Domain Level Scorecards
Nice to Have:
* Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes
