-Project - applications
-This person will be working on 3 Extend Apps that they need to build for client
-Need someone that can identify resources - that will lead the interface with project team, be able to identify requirements and design of Extend App
-Need heavy Extend experience because this person will lead 3 developers to produce these apps – must be combo of functional and technical
