Job Details

Key Activities

  • Phase 1: Process Review and Optimization
    • Conduct a comprehensive review of existing fraud operations processes
    • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and potential improvement areas
    • Develop detailed recommendations for process streamlining
    • Create a high-level plan for process improvement
    • Develop metrics and KPI tracking mechanisms
  • Phase 2: Project Rollout and Implementation
    • VCA will develop an implementation roadmap based on expected benefit/impact of identified opportunities in phase 1
    • Develop detailed implementation plan for each identified opportunity
  • Phase 3: Education, Training, and Talent Management
    • Assess current training programs and identify knowledge gaps
    • Design and develop a comprehensive training curriculum
    • Conduct a skills gap analysis
    • Develop talent development strategies
    • Design performance evaluation criteria specific to fraud analytics and operations
