Responsibilities:
Perform data analysis and reconciliation to support accounting operations.
Manage financial documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and dashboards using advanced Excel functions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of processes.
Support internal audits and assist in process improvements.
Maintain organized records and files to support ongoing accounting activities.
Required Experience:
2 years of experience in accounting or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills & Qualifications:
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF statements, charts, and formulas).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet daily deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Education:
High school diploma or GED required; additional education in Accounting or Finance preferred
