Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Workday HCM Data Integrity Specialist to join our Shared Services team. This role is responsible for initiating transactions, correcting data, and ensuring data integrity within the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Workday HCM functionalities and a commitment to maintaining high standards of data accuracy and consistency across HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and process transactions within the Workday HCM system, adhering to established policies and procedures.
  • Identify and correct data discrepancies to ensure accuracy and compliance with data governance standards.
  • Monitor and maintain data integrity across all HR modules within the Workday HCM system.
  • Conduct regular audits and quality checks to proactively identify and resolve data issues.
  • Collaborate with HR teams and other stakeholders to implement and uphold data governance policies.
  • Provide training and support to HR staff on Workday HCM processes and data entry best practices.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for data integrity processes, standards, and workflows.
  • Assist in testing and validating system updates, enhancements, and configurations.
  • Generate reports and analytics to support HR operations and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of HRIS or related work experience.
  • Proven experience with Workday HCM, including transaction processing, data management, and system configuration.
  • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a shared services environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Experience in data governance, quality assurance, or shared services operations
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is a crucial function of the position

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
