Systems Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Broomfield, CO that is looking for a seasoned Systems Engineer. The Systems Engineer needs to be very well-versed with Microsoft 365, Entra, and Intune. It will be critical for this person to collaborate with the Systems Lead in addition to the global IT organization, including engineering, enterprise apps, and the support team.

Responsibilities:
* Designing, implementing, and managing the infrastructure, applications, and services related to Microsoft 365, Entra, and Intune
* Hold an integral part in helping to execute an enterprise-wide IT strategy and roadmap that is aligned and positioned to innovate and deliver compelling business value on a global scale

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field and/or equivalent formal training
* Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, or similar are highly desirable
* 5 years of proven experience as a Systems Engineer or similar role with a focus on Microsoft 365, Entra, and Intune administration
* 5 years of extensive and demonstrable knowledge of IT systems, services, and hardware (peripherals and endpoints) and enterprise-level tools, standards, and procedures
* In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, GCC, and related services
* Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Defender for Endpoint. Experience working with Intune from the ground up is a plus
* Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and architectures, preferably with experience in Azure and/or AWS
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with exceptional attention to detail
* Excellent communication, written and verbal, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
* Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) for automation and task efficiency
* Ability to document procedures and design workflows to improve workplace support
* Relentless pursuit of customer service and employee satisfaction
* Reliability and a willingness to be flexible in meeting the demands of a fast-moving business

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
