Qualifications:



  • At least 1-2 years of Helpdesk Experience.

  • Experience with Ticketing System.

  • Providing Level 1/Level 2 IT support.

  • Experience with resolving It hardware and desktop issues.


Pay Rate: $20 - $23/hr
