- Ensure vendor compliance with contractual and policy requirements.
- Act as a liaison between vendors and internal teams to inform product and policy decisions.
Skills
- Extensive experience in vendor management and performance oversight in a global setting.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools like Excel and Google Sheets.
- Expertise in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, to optimize sales and operations.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with clear deliverables and timelines.
- Exceptional communication skills to influence stakeholders and present complex information.

- Experience in the technology, travel, or gig economy sectors.
- Understanding of two-sided marketplace dynamics and host/guest support complexities.
