Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in App Engine to design, build, and deploy custom business applications on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in developing scalable workflows, configuring data models, and integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems to support critical business processes.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine.
Build and configure workflows, data models, and UI components tailored to business requirements.
Configure, maintain, and optimize ServiceNow modules to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.
Develop and manage integration solutions between ServiceNow applications and external systems/APIs.
Support testing, UAT, and production deployments of custom ServiceNow applications.
Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with ITSM practices and business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Strong expertise with ServiceNow App Engine and custom application development.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and other ServiceNow scripting tools.
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and data exchange between ServiceNow and external systems.
Solid understanding of data modeling, UI design, and workflow automation in ServiceNow.
Familiarity with ITSM processes and enterprise application environments.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or related certifications.
Experience with Service Portal, Performance Analytics, or IntegrationHub.
Previous experience working with financial services or enterprise-scale environments.
