Sierra-Cedar is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Technical Lead/Architect to join our robust Cloud practice. The ideal candidate will have proven end-to-end Oracle Cloud project experience leading core module areas of expertise, aligning key deliverables and milestone metrics, and delivering comprehensive business solutions to clients. As a key member of our motivated team, you will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and consultants to develop, plan and implement Cloud solutions across our growing practice.

THE ROLE
- Responsible for overall technical delivery for cloud-enabled projects
- Development and documentation of standard automation architectures and frameworks, working in coordination with the project analysts
- Design and implement a cloud-enabled approach for technical solution needs
- Research, recommend, and implement changes to standards and procedures to enhance technical standards and approaches and tools to streamline future projects
- Leading problem analysis, solutions development, and implementation, and decision making that will have a significant impact on Cloud Solutions offerings
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor s degree is required at a minimum
- 3-5+ years hands-on Cloud experience: with Fusion ERP and/or HCM
- Completed 2 full Oracle Cloud implementations as a Tech Lead managing a technical team members
- Hands-on technical experience with Oracle HCM and ERP Cloud through a full life cycle project
- Ability to lead other developers through the different project phases
- Willing to travel as needed to support client needs
- Must reside in the US
CONSULTING SKILLS
- Oracle Cloud Certification is preferred
- Effectively manages scope and customer expectations on individual assignments
- Follows through on all assignments and takes ownership of client issues
- Communicates clearly and effectively with clients, account managers, and management
- Consistently produces clear, concise status reports
- Builds confidence and trust with clients
- Displays effective analytical skills
