Role: Salesforce Customer Success Manager
Work in San Jose, CA. Travel and/or relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the US may be required.
Rate of Pay: Range $200,350.00 to $210,000.00 per year.
Understand business requirements; develop Salesforce solutions to handle customer relationship management needs; ensure Salesforce features and capabilities align with customer needs; provide post-implementation support to ensure customer understand how to use the platform; collaborate with customer to optimize business processes and workflows; identify and suggest additional/new Salesforce features, tools, and capabilities that would be useful for customers; offer ongoing training, support, and guidance to customers to fully leverage Salesforce and realize return-on-investment; conduct periodic customer check-in to ensure customer satisfaction; maintain positive customer relationship; help customer understand the full value of their Salesforce investment and optimize the use of Salesforce to achieve business success.
Requirements - Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field of study and three years of information technology experience or Bachelor's degree and five years of post-baccalaureate and progressive experience in information technology. Three years of work experience with requirement gathering and analysis; Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce solutions development; and Salesforce deployment.
