Analytics & Reporting Consultant | 3 Years of Experience | Hybrid | Naperville, IL | Contract

Walker Healthforce is seeking a Analytics & Reporting Consultant with 3 Years of Experience to support a healthcare payor client based out of Naperville, IL. This is a 4 month contract opportunity.

START DATE: August 25, 2025
HOURS/SCHEDULE: M-F; 8AM to 5PM CST
WORKER TYPE: W2

CORE REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree OR 4 years’ experience in managed care or network management involving independent work and judgment

  • 3 years of project management experience including leading and planning projects

  • Experience in testing, analyzing issues, and creating process improvements

  • Must have analytics experience and experience with Power BI/SQL

  • Experience with issue analysis/research, identifying and capturing process improvements,

  • Testing experience and experience leading projects.

  • Managed network management database experience including knowledge of information flow.

  • PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Sharepoint.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

This role involves substantial analysis—not solely analytics in the sense of creating queries and databases. The Consultant will perform research and analysis, manage assignments, and conduct testing to validate resolutions based on the analysis, process improvements, or implementation of products, new providers, etc.

  • Responsible for the management and maintenance of the following operational aspects of network programs

    • Project / Enhancements / Initiative planning and implementation

    • Cross functional departmental coordination

    • Program management and administration including data maintenance / processing, identifying providers for recruitment or education, research and resolution of issues, answering inquiries

    • Results reporting and analysis coordination

    • System testing

    • Coordinate with internal resources for implementation and operation tasks.
