We are currently looking for SAP HR OMPA Functional Consultant opportunity

Job Title:SAP HR OMPA Functional Consultant
Location:NY/NJ
Duration:Fulltime
Salary: DOE
Start Date: ASAP

Required Skills
Strong experience in OMPA payroll configuration and operations.
Prior experience in Workday OMPA end-to-end implementations.
Solid functional knowledge of Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking).
Experience supporting payroll integrations from Workday to third-party payroll systems.
Functional understanding of Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, APIs).
Experience working with payroll interfaces, flat files, XML, or middleware.
Ability to read and validate integration mappings and data flows.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
