Job Title: Workday Ariba Consultant
Location: Remote
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Workday Ariba Consultant with strong expertise in Workday Financials and Ariba. The consultant will be responsible for implementing and supporting Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Supplier Management processes through seamless integration between Workday and Ariba systems.
Responsibilities:
- Configure, build, and maintain Workday Ariba integrations using EIB, Workday Studio, and Core Connectors.
- Collaborate with Finance and Procurement teams to optimize P2P and sourcing workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration and data mapping issues between Workday and Ariba.
- Support UAT, deployment, and post-production activities.
- Document functional and technical design for integrations and process flows.
Required Skills:
- 5 8 years of experience in Workday Integrations (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors).
- Strong knowledge of Workday Financials / Procurement modules.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba (Procurement, Invoicing, or Sourcing).
- Experience in P2P / S2P processes and supplier data integration.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.
