Job Details

Position: SFDC Teach Lead/ Sr. Dev

Duration: Fulltime/Contract

Location: San Jose, CA (4 days Onsite)

Responsibilities:

  • Architect, design, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Lead a team in delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components and sales cloud and Service cloud.
  • Design and implement integrations with other systems.
  • Enforce Salesforce best practices and governance policies.
  • Analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Provide mentorship and support to team members.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Extensive experience (typically 8+ years) working with the Salesforce platform including custom development, integration, and administration.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and technologies (REST, SOAP, Platform Events, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience leading and mentoring teams of developers and administrators.
