Position: SFDC Teach Lead/ Sr. Dev
Duration: Fulltime/Contract
Location: San Jose, CA (4 days Onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Architect, design, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Lead a team in delivering high-quality solutions.
- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components and sales cloud and Service cloud.
- Design and implement integrations with other systems.
- Enforce Salesforce best practices and governance policies.
- Analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide mentorship and support to team members.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Extensive experience (typically 8+ years) working with the Salesforce platform including custom development, integration, and administration.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and technologies (REST, SOAP, Platform Events, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience leading and mentoring teams of developers and administrators.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
