We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Consultant to join our dynamic IT team, with the flexibility to be based in Texas or New York. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Oracle applications and databases, with a strong understanding of system integration, custom development, and performance tuning.
Key Responsibilities:-
Design, develop, and implement Oracle solutions across enterprise systems.

Configure and maintain Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud applications (Finance, HCM, SCM, etc.).

Develop PL/SQL scripts, interfaces, and customizations based on business requirements.

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Ensure system performance, security, and compliance standards are met.

Provide production support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.

Participate in system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning efforts.

Create technical documentation and maintain best practices.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

5+ years of experience working with Oracle technologies.

Proficient in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, Oracle APEX, or Oracle Cloud/Fusion.

Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) or Oracle ERP Cloud.

Familiarity with integrations using Oracle SOA, REST APIs, or middleware tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or similar certifications.

Experience with migration from on-prem Oracle to Oracle Cloud.

Industry experience in Finance, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Public Sector.

Knowledge of Agile or DevOps practices.
