PeopleSoft Administrator Integration Broker Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Administrator with strong expertise in Integration Broker (IB) to manage, optimize, and integrate PeopleSoft environments with modern technologies such as RPA platforms, chatbots, and external systems.
This role is 50% traditional PeopleSoft administration and 50% integration development and support, ideal for someone passionate about ensuring seamless connectivity across enterprise applications.

Integration Broker & System Integrations (50%)
Required Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience as a PeopleSoft Administrator.
- 5+ years of experience with Integration Broker managing complex integrations.
- Hands-on experience with PeopleTools, PUM upgrades, and environment migrations.
- Strong understanding of PeopleSoft architecture (application server, web server, process scheduler).
- Experience integrating with RPA solutions and chatbot technologies.
- Expertise in SOAP and REST web services, JSON, and XML.
- Knowledge of scripting and automation (e.g., Python, PowerShell, or Unix Shell).
- Solid understanding of security protocols, certificates, and encryption standards.
- Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Experience with PeopleSoft on cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, OCI).
- Knowledge of RPA platforms like UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
- Understanding of DevOps practices for PeopleSoft, including CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF) automation.
