ob Description

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on experience in ITSM and ITOM modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that support IT service management and operational visibility across the enterprise.



Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications with a focus on ITSM and ITOM

  • Configure and enhance ITSM modules including:

    • Incident Management

    • Problem Management

    • Change Management

    • Request Management

    • Service Catalog

  • Implement and support ITOM capabilities such as:

    • Discovery

    • Service Mapping

    • Event Management

    • CMDB health and governance

  • Develop custom workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Script Includes, and ACLs

  • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs

  • Perform CMDB modeling, reconciliation, normalization, and data integrity checks

  • Support platform upgrades, patches, and performance optimization

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

  • Provide technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities

  • Follow ServiceNow best practices and governance standards




Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience

  • Strong experience with ITSM processes and implementations

  • Solid hands-on experience in ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)

  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting

  • Experience working with CMDB, CI classes, and relationships

  • Hands-on experience with integrations using REST/SOAP

  • Experience with ServiceNow update sets and scoped applications

  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
