Job Details

We are seeking an Marketing Operations Associate to support congress and event operations for our US commercial teams. This role will help drive consistency, compliance, and flawless execution of national and regional events, including vendor management, contracts, payments, and logistical support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day operations for congresses and events (booths, symposia, room blocks, sponsorships).
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Medical, Finance, Legal, Compliance) to ensure smooth execution.
  • Manage vendors, contracts, budgets, and invoice reconciliation.
  • Support process improvements, SOP development, and compliance alignment.
  • Track ROI and provide insights for future event investments.
  • Bachelor s degree preferred with 2+ years in event, congress, or conference management.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and vendor management skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with Veeva or similar systems a plus.
