Job Title: Banking Operations Analyst

Location: Buffalo, NY Hybrid Work

Duration: Long Term Contract

What You'll Be Doing:

• Provide high-level analytical support in developing and communicating long-term strategies aligned with business goals.
• Support the planning and implementation of new projects and initiatives.
• Lead project documentation efforts and ensure alignment with regulatory expectations.
• Identify and articulate feasible solutions to project problems and risks.
• Develop ad hoc and automated reports, including workflow, trend, and strategic analyses.
• Create executive summaries to drive action from analysis results.
• Adhere to risk and regulatory policies, standards, and controls.
• Collaborate closely with business and functional experts and influence surrounding teams.

What You'll Need to Have:

• Experience documenting business requirements, process flows, and functional specs/test cases.
• Experience contributing to large-scale initiatives such as system migrations or business transformations.
• Familiarity with Loan Servicing operations and/or technology (AFSVision, LoanIQ, Fiserv).
• Ability to develop documentation that aligns with regulatory expectations.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Background in Banking Servicing and/or Operations is highly preferred.
