About the Role
We're looking for a Staff Engineer to join our End User Computing team and lead the design, deployment, and optimization of enterprise-scale endpoint management solutions. In this role, you'll drive innovation across Microsoft Intune, MECM (SCCM), Windows provisioning, and Active Directory to deliver a seamless and secure experience for thousands of users.
You'll work cross-functionally to ensure our systems are scalable, compliant, and aligned with business needs-supporting both physical and virtual environments. If you're passionate about modern device management, cloud-first strategies, and mentoring others, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
Architect and implement solutions for Windows 10/11 provisioning, Intune, MECM, and Active Directory (on-prem and Azure AD).
Lead enterprise-wide projects focused on application deployment, patch management, and endpoint security.
Create and manage policies for device compliance, software distribution, and system configurations.
Support and optimize virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), including Microsoft AVD.
Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with audit and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to define and implement configuration strategies.
Mentor team members and serve as a subject matter expert in endpoint management.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
What You'll Bring
5+ years of experience in systems engineering or endpoint management in enterprise environments.
Deep expertise in Microsoft Intune, MECM (SCCM), Windows OS, and Active Directory (including Azure AD).
Experience with application packaging, patching, and compliance policy creation.
Familiarity with VDI technologies such as Microsoft AVD.
Strong project management skills and the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
Experience in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare).
Scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell) for automation and system management.
Background in mentoring or technical leadership.
