Job Title: Sr SharePoint / Power Apps Developer

Location: West Palm Beach, FL (Hybrid - Onsite 3 Days/Week)

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Position Summary:

The client is seeking an experienced Senior SharePoint / Power Apps Developer to support our digital transformation initiatives across the enterprise. This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining advanced SharePoint and Power Platform solutions used by clinical, operational, and administrative teams.

The ideal candidate is a self-driven, highly skilled developer who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can independently manage complex requests while ensuring high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy SharePoint Online solutions including sites, libraries, workflows, forms, lists, dashboards, and automated processes.
  • Develop and enhance applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and other Microsoft Power Platform tools.
  • Collaborate with business units to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and user-friendly SharePoint/Power Apps solutions.
  • Maintain, update, and optimize legacy SharePoint content, sites, and workflows.
  • Implement governance, permissions, security, and labeling best practices within SharePoint and the Power Platform.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve SharePoint- and Power Apps-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and training materials for end users.
  • Work closely with IT leadership to support strategic initiatives and digital modernization efforts.
  • Ensure solutions align with organizational compliance, privacy, and security frameworks.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, SharePoint Designer, SharePoint administration, and Power Platform development.
  • Proven experience building enterprise-level Power Apps and Power Automate flows.
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, governance, permissions, and integration points.
  • Ability to work in a high-paced environment, managing multiple concurrent requests and priorities.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Must be able to work onsite at least three (3) days per week.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Teams integration, Microsoft Forms, Dataverse, and Model-Driven Apps.
  • Experience supporting healthcare, government, or highly regulated environments.
  • Knowledge of Power BI integration with SharePoint and the Power Platform.
  • Strong UI/UX skills related to form design and user workflows.
  • Experience migrating legacy SharePoint solutions.

Work Environment & Expectations:

  • Hybrid role requiring consistent onsite presence three days per week.
  • Occasional after-hours work during deployments or urgent issues.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
