Job Details

We are seeking a Senior Data Analytics Consultant to support and enhance our advanced analytics initiatives. This position offers direct customer exposure and opportunities for growth in analytics, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Build expertise in the telematics ecosystem (VisionLink/ProductLink).

Troubleshoot and resolve telematics-related issues.

Communicate findings with internal teams, business partners, dealers, and customers.

Use internal tools to monitor customer telematics and suggest improvements.

Develop dashboards and tools for internal monitoring and reporting.

Maintain responsibility over defined deliverables and customer targets.

Analyze data deeply and collaborate across departments to identify and resolve root causes.

Generate reports using Power BI and/or Excel.

Provide regular progress updates to leadership.

Collaborate with a global analytics team within the organization.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor s Degree

10+ years of experience in:

Leading data analytics teams

Data mining

Customized reporting development

Analytics or digital transformation project work

Technical Skills:

Strong Power BI experience

Moderate Excel skills

Strong analytical problem-solving abilities

(Nice to Have) Familiarity with digital telematics systems
