Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with developers through all stages of the software lifecycle including planning, coding, integration, versioning, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Investigate and resolve complex technical challenges, proposing enhancements to improve product performance and maintainability.
- Champion test-first development principles and help integrate them into a continuous delivery framework.
- Adhere to and influence the evolution of internal development guidelines and code quality standards.
- Produce clear, organized documentation for both engineering and support teams to streamline maintenance and knowledge transfer.
- Coordinate cross-functional developer task forces to tackle advanced engineering challenges and deliver strategic initiatives.
- Apply a solution-focused approach with strong troubleshooting capabilities rooted in scalable architecture.
- Develop and refine repeatable workflows that enhance the effectiveness of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Front-end development, capable of turning UI/UX wireframes into responsive, accessible interfaces that perform consistently across platforms.
- Familiarity with component-driven design, accessibility standards, and modern user interface patterns.
Qualifications:
- Advanced knowledge of C# and .NET (both Framework and Core)
- Strong front-end development skills with Angular and/or AngularJS.
- Prior exposure to cloud platforms and services.
- Proficient with modern version control systems like Git and TFS.
- Demonstrated verbal communication, documentation, and interpersonal collaboration skills.

- Target Total Compensation: $130k - $150k, based on skills and experience
