Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, this Summer, we're looking to add a Test Engineering Intern located in our Austin, TX site.

Reporting to the Test Engineering Manager, the student will assist with daily engineering tasks while learning, collaborating and working alongside Engineers and cross-functional teams.

What a typical day looks like:
  • Work with ICT (in-circuit test) engineers and manager to develop AI (Microsoft Copilot) tools to analyze data, measure performance, and improve tests.
  • Data analysis and test improvement is fast paced and ever changing.
  • Work with cross functional teams to address corrective actions. Useful AI tools may need to be deployed in other areas.
  • Attends team meetings as requested

Student qualities we're seeking for this internship assignment:
  • Junior or Senior pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science
  • Software skills and basic electronics knowledge
  • Interest in working in a manufacturing environment where products are manufactured at large scale
  • Python programming, Circuit Theory coursework preferred
  • Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Highly collaborative, creative and excellent communication skills
  • Previous industry-related internship experience is a plus!

Internship Program Requirements:
  • Available to start on May 26th and work 40 hours/week (in-person) for 10-12 week Summer assignment
  • Currently enrolled in 4-year accredited university
  • 3.0 minimum GPA
