Crew software engineering associates use a variety of technologies in Agile and lean startup methodologies to automate manual processes, create microsites, learn new technologies, and everything in between.
Responsibilities:
CX Insights and Reporting
Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau
Assist in the design, deployment, and analysis of surveys (e.g., NPS, CSAT, post interaction feedback)
Monitor VOC trends and customer feedback across channels to identify emerging themes
Help prepare monthly and quarterly CX reports for internal stakeholders and leadership
Contribute to the development of insight briefs and presentations that inform CX strategy
Collaboration and Learning
Work closely with senior analysts, researchers, and CX leaders to assess opportunities and prioritize research needs
Take direction from CX leadership to support ongoing projects and ad hoc analysis
Participate in cross-functional meetings to understand business needs and how data can support them
Learn and apply best practices in data visualization, storytelling, and customer-centric analysis
Operational Support
Maintain data hygiene and documentation for dashboards and survey programs
Assist in tagging, categorizing, and organizing feedback data for easier analysis
Support the team in scaling insights through repeatable templates and reporting frameworks
Qualifications:
Basic proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
Familiarity with survey platforms such as Qualtrics or Medallia
Strong attention to detail and a passion for data storytelling
Eagerness to learn and grow in CX analytics and research
Collaborative mindset and willingness to take initiative
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in analytics, research, or customer experience (internships welcome)
Exposure to customer feedback programs, survey tools, or dashboarding platforms is a plus
Demonstrated interest in customer experience, behavioral insights, or service design
The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
