Required Skills & Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Program / Project Management, with significant focus on HRIS systems.
4+ years of hands-on experience managing Workday programs or implementations.
Strong understanding of Workday HCM architecture, modules, and integrations.
Experience working with HR, Payroll, Finance, Benefits, and IT teams.
Solid knowledge of SDLC, Agile and/or Waterfall delivery models.
Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, vendors, and global stakeholders.
Strong risk management, dependency tracking, and financial management skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership and executives.
